Den is the BEST! I have shopped around various lender brokers for refinance and all of them were recommendations from friends. However after talking to Den, he has proved that he would be the best choice, so i went with him. Whole process was very smooth, all details were explained to me in great details and all my questions were promptly and professionally answered. Believe me i had many questions, but Den was patient and helped me with everything. Another convenient piece was E-SIGN, majority of docs could be e-signed. No need to drive anywhere... we still had to meet in person at closing, but it took like 10 minutes for everything, as we just needed notary present and verify identities with signatures.
